You may only claim the 25 Day Money Back Guarantee Offer within 25 days of the date that you purchased PlusDesignBuild and/or PlusArchitect.

To claim the 25 Day Money Back Guarantee Offer, you need to contact us via the form at https://plusspec.com/refund-request/ and you will receive a full refund minus a 3.5% merchant fee based on the monetary exchange rate of the Australian Dollar at the time of cancellation processing.

If you have Purchased the PlusDesignBuild/PlusArchitect and SketchUp package and request to have your SketchUp license processed (payment processed to SketchUp) before the end of the 25 day money back guarantee, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
