How to Change Settings to Feet and Inches

With our latest update, PlusSpec 18.5, we have added the ability for Feet and Inches, plus Fractional Inputs to be entered and remembered for length fields. 

To enable this, please refer to the following steps;

1. Go to the 'Settings Tool'

2. In the 'Dialog Units' field, select the 'Use Model Default' option then click submit.

3. After that, go to 'Window > Model Info > Units'

4. In this dialog, change the 'Format' field to 'Architectural' and change the "Precision' field value (we recommend wither 1/32 or 1/64). 

Note: After completing these steps, you will need to enter length fields with feet and inches values (with fractions if required). Please make sure there's a space between whole and fractional numbers.
