When i'm using the Sync tool, it does not sync and a pop-up message says "401 Error Token not valid". What does this mean?
Solutions
Firstly, close SketchUp. If you have more than one licence on your email address, please close all programs using the licenses. Re-open SketchUp and click the Sync Tool then try the process again.
