After you upgraded or updated to the new version of PlusSpec or updated to SketchUp 2024, you experienced that certain tools were not working or blank or frozen.
Please ensure you have tried the following steps below.
1. Reset & Sync
4. Ruby Console Error - attach file model copy and send to support@plusspec.com
5. Check and delete Private Preferences.
6. Check if you have a software anti-virus, add PlusSpec to the exceptions.
