Problem: An Error page appears "License Validation Failed: Server Connection Required"
This usually appears because you may have had a poor internet connectivity when trying to sign in and activate PlusSpec
Solution
- Close SketchUp and after a few moments, reopen SketchUp and try to sign in again.
- If the error continues to read, troubleshoot your internet connectivity and ensure your internet access is OK.
- Next, open SketchUp and try to sign in again.
If the problem persists, reset your password by heading to our Reset Password Page and try to sign in again.
