Ruby Console Error Check

If you are experiencing a tool that is not working or blank, you'll need to recreate the error and copy paste text and send to support@plusspec.com for further investigation.

Kindly follow the instructions below:

1. Open the Ruby Console by clicking In SketchUp > Window > Ruby Console. And then re-create the issue again. 
(Alternatively, Ruby Console might be under Extensions in the top menu)
 
2. Paste the full message (as text) from the Ruby Console dialog and send it to support@plusspec.com
And send the PlusSpec model as attachment.
