Ruby Console Error Check

If you are experiencing a tool that is not working or a blank dialog box, you'll need to recreate the error and copy paste text and send it to support@plusspec.com for further investigation.

Kindly follow the instructions below:

1. Open the Ruby Console by clicking In SketchUp > Window > Ruby Console. And then re-create the issue again. 
 
2. Paste the full message (as text) from the Ruby Console dialog and send it to support@plusspec.com
Send the PlusSpec model as an attachment.

Alternatively, Ruby Console might be under Extensions in the top menu.

Open the Ruby Console in SketchUp by clicking Extensions > Developer > Ruby Console. Then re-create the issue, paste the full message (as text) from the Ruby Console dialog and send it as an email to support@plusspec.com with the model as an attachment.
 

Another item to check is to see if SketchUp has an update.
